“Nellie always kept me informed when she was showing the property and how it went after the showing. She took the time to explain the documents I was signing. Went over with me the pros and cons of each offer. She was later on top of all parties to make sure everyone was doing as needed to fulfill the terms of the agreement and to ensure no one would drop the ball. She was very comforting when I was purging and preparing the condo to be show ready. She even offered on multiple occasions to take items no longer needed to donation locations. She negotiated with buyers and buyers' agent and presented all the reasons why my unit's price was higher than others sold in the building. She came through by delivering the highest price sold in the building by a substantial margin. It was a win-win for all parties (buyer & seller) as the unit, management, neighbors, area, amenities are top notch. I wish the buyers much happiness in the unit and building. I will most definitely be using Nellie again in future sell/buy transactions.”
