Dennis Gays

Dennis Gays brings a lifetime of dedication, hard work, and community roots to his role as a licensed Realtor with Keyes. Born and raised in South Florida, Dennis grew up in the restaurant business at the well-known Manero’s in Hallandale, where he first learned the value of service and commitment. He attended Chaminade High School in Hollywood before studying accounting at Georgia Southern University.

After college, Dennis served proudly in the U.S. Submarine Service, an experience that sharpened his discipline, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Following his service, he completed a five-year union apprenticeship that laid the foundation for a long and successful career in the HVAC industry. Dennis went on to earn his Florida AC contractor’s license and became a licensed HVAC Environmental Hygienist. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience working with York Factory Service and Carrier Factory Service, eventually becoming Regional Service Supervisor for Carrier’s Latin American operations.

In 1993, Dennis launched Advanced Integrated Services (AIS), a company he built into a trusted name in the industry before selling it in 2023. His path reflects leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and a lifelong commitment to excellence.

Today, as a Realtor with Keyes, Dennis combines his business acumen, technical expertise, and deep local roots to help clients navigate the South Florida market with confidence. Whether buying, selling, or investing, his clients benefit from his professionalism, integrity, and proven ability to deliver results.
